DrayTek VigorSwitch G2540x/xs es un conmutador(Switch) de 10 Gbps administrado de capa 2+. Tiene 48 puertos Gigabit Ethernet y 6 enlaces de fibra SFP+ 10Gbps. Compatible con funciones avanzadas de capa 3, servidor DHCP y enrutamiento VLAN, VigorSwitch G2540x/xs mejora la eficiencia de la red y ayuda a que su red LAN funcione continuamente incluso cuando la puerta de enlace está fuera de línea, lo que es ideal para colocarse como el conmutador central en SME/SMB.

Servidor DHCP y enrutamiento VLAN

Mejora de la sostenibilidad y la eficiencia de la red LAN, con o sin enrutador.

En una red LAN grande, mucho tráfico no va a Internet, sino a los servidores en LAN. Por ejemplo, las cámaras IP almacenan videos en NVR, los teléfonos IP se registran en PBX, los clientes acceden al servidor de archivos, etc.

El conmutador L2+ con servidor DHCP y funciones de enrutamiento VLAN, como dispositivo que recibe tráfico antes que el enrutador, es ideal para compartir la carga de su enrutador y ayudar a que su red LAN funcione de manera continua incluso cuando el enrutador está fuera de línea.

Como servidor DHCP, VigorSwitch asigna direcciones IP dinámicas para hasta 8 VLAN. Con enrutamiento VLAN, VigorSwitch admite hasta 512 rutas.

Fácil localización de cámaras que no responden

Ya es difícil administrar varias cámaras IP en diferentes ubicaciones y clientes, sin mencionar el seguimiento continuo de qué cámara deja de funcionar.

Para ayudar en esta tarea, VigorSwitch sigue haciendo ping en las cámaras IP de ONVIF y tomando instantáneas de ellas periódicamente, y envía una alerta por correo electrónico con la última instantánea cuando una cámara no responde.

Con los modelos PoE, VigorSwitch también puede proporcionar primeros auxilios para apagar y encender automáticamente el puerto en particular para reiniciar la cámara.
